This website www.redlilly.co.uk is operated by and a trading name of I.S.Enterprises Intl. Ltd. “We” or “Our” means I.S.Enterprises Intl Ltd trading as Red Lilly. References to ‘you’, and ‘your’ shall be deemed to be references to a person placing an order via the www.redlilly.co.uk website.
Shipping & Delivery
The delivery charge using the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery is £3.95 arriving in 3-5 days or an alternative express option is available or required for heavier items costing £5.95 with goods arriving in 48 hours excluding weekends UK mainland only.
Please note during sale, bank holidays and Christmas periods delivery times may need to be extended. Please note that all courier deliveries require a signature. Currently orders over £50 will automatically be credited with free delivery at checkout for UK mainland only. The postage charge will only be made once even if an order is part-shipped due to an item being back-ordered. All goods are attractively wrapped with Red Lilly printed tissue paper and in some cases individually boxed. Please check all goods on receipt as any damaged or faulty goods need to be reported within 14 days.

Green & Ehical Policy
All paper waste generated in the office is recycled by shredding which in turn is used as secure packing material in our boxes so you the end user can also recycle it. 85% of all our packaging is recyclable. We are focused to work with companies that have that extra aspect to them its not only about how good the product is but also how it is generated. So we seek more and more to have environmentally sound or cooperatively made items in our ranges.
Privacy & Security
Security is one of our highest priorities and we take every precaution to protect your personal information both online and offline. Information requested when registering or ordering goods (including your credit / debit card details) is encrypted with SSL (Secure Socket Layer), the industry standard encryption software. To help us keep your personal information strictly confidential you should keep your password secret. While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also protect your personal details off-line.
Cooling off period and cancellation / returns
We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased you may cancel your order, notify us at info@redlilly.co.uk within 8 days of receiving your order and return the goods to us within 28 days from receipt of the goods. You will receive a refund within 30 days of cancellation. It is your responsibility to take care of the goods before returning them, and they must be returned in original packaging and in a state where they can be resold. No refunds can be actioned If the returns are received over 28 days from purchase.
If the whole order is being returned the original postage will be refunded. If the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement the returns postage will be refunded. You are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us in other cases. We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.
Ordering
Once you place an order, we will require your name, email address, credit/debit card, phone and address details. This information is required in order to process your request or inform you of acceptance of our order. A contact phone number is needed so that we can get in touch if there is a problem with your order. We may, unless you inform us otherwise, provide our couriers with your contact phone number in case they need to reach you to arrange the delivery of your order.

After ordering online, we will provide you with confirmation that your order has been received but this is not confirmation that your offer to buy the items has been accepted. Our contract for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you. Please note that we will not be able to meet any obligations as a result of the following reasons:

• If the item you ordered is out of stock
• We are not able to authorise your payment
• If it is identified that there is a product description or pricing error
• If customers do not reach any order criteria outlined in our Terms & Conditions

Should there be an issue with your order, we will contact you either by phone or email. Please ensure that you check all items on receipt, as faulty or damaged items must be reported within 14 days.

Red Lilly reserves the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any point. Please note that whilst we will make every effort and reasonable care to keep your order details and payment secure, we cannot be responsible for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any information that you supply when accessing or ordering from the Red Lilly website.
Registration and newsletters
Registration is not required to use our website. To speed up future purchases and avoid retyping your details you may register with us and we will store your personal details securely with access protected by a user name and password. We send all new members a welcoming e-mail to verify Username and password. When registering you may opt to receive regular newsletters, marketing information, special offers and website updates from us. If you wish to receive these without ordering please register anyway. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter or promotional materials you may opt-out of receiving these communications by e-mailing us at info@redlilly.co.uk .

Prices, descriptions and availibility of goods
All prices are shown in GBP (Pounds Sterling). We undertake all reasonable care to ensure that all the details, prices and descriptions of website products are accurate at the time when the appropriate information was entered onto our system. Whilst we endeavour to keep the website as up-to-date and accurate as is possible, there may be rare occasions when the information on the website (including product descriptions) at a certain time may not reflect the position exactly at the point an order is placed.
All goods are sold subject to availability. Both price and availability information is subject to change without notice, hence any subsequent purchases of the same product cannot be guaranteed at the same price. Where goods are temporarily out of stock we will endeavour to contact you so that you may choose between a refund on the item, having it shipped when it is back in stock or selecting an alternative product.
